General Terms and Conditions of Celebra.ch

By placing an order with Celebra.ch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Validity and Conclusion of Contract

All offers and services provided by Celebra.ch are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. By submitting an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.

The contract becomes binding upon order confirmation and remains subject to the availability of the ordered products. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order, but this does not guarantee that the product is available for delivery.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • MasterCard
  • VISA
  • PayPal
  • TWINT At the moment, we can only accept TWINT payments by phone. Please reach out to us via email at info@celebra.ch or call us at 026 660 56 80 to complete your TWINT payment. We’ll be happy to assist you!

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order if payment is not successfully processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Method: We use Swiss Post (PostPac Priority) for most orders and DPD for orders containing number balloons.
  • Delivery Area: We currently offer shipping within Switzerland only.
  • Free Delivery in Payerne: Orders within the Payerne region are delivered free of charge.
  • Pick Up in Payerne: You can pick up your order at Z.I. Champs Cheval 2, 1530 Payerne Switzerland by appointment. Please call  026 660 56 80 to schedule.

Important Note: We cannot guarantee delivery times outside of our standard delivery schedule. In case of delayed deliveries due to external circumstances, Celebra.ch is not liable for any compensation.​

5. Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please read our return policy below:

  • Helium Balloons: Unfortunately, pre-inflated helium balloons cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
  • Other Products: You may return unopened products in their original, unused condition within 15 days of receiptfor a full refund.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@celebra.ch. Returns must be shipped back to us at your own cost.

Refunds: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of disputes, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be at the registered office of Celebra.ch.

9. Liability

Celebra.ch is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, except where legally required.
